We’ve been developing an RPA solution to automate the invoice processing workflow for a distribution company, using UiPath, OCR (ABBYY FlexiCapture), and SAP integration. The bot monitors incoming emails, extracts invoice data from PDF attachments, validates it, and inputs it into SAP automatically. This solution reduced processing time from 4 minutes to 30 seconds per invoice, minimized errors to below 0.1%, and significantly decreased manual workload—achieving full ROI within 4 months.
